Clinical reasoning processes are associated with an understanding of the nervous system as a dynamic continuum. This book describes a concept of examination and treatment technique. It aims to broaden the horizons of manual therapy to embrace adverse tension in the nervous system.

The purpose of this text is to increase readers' awareness of clinical reasoning, including factors that influence reasoning and how to promote skilled reasoning. It provides opportunities to improve reasoning through facilitated analysis of case studies and access to the reasoning of experts.
